Can't Find an Appointment? Here's What to Do

I work on my own. Every client gets my full attention, and I don't rush people through. That means my diary fills up, and sometimes the slot you want isn't available.

That's not a reason to put up with the pain or go somewhere else. It's exactly why the waitlist exists.

What the waitlist actually does

It keeps your name in the mix. You tell Fresha which days and times work for you, and if something opens up, you get notified straight away. You can then book it there and then. No need to keep checking back, no need to message me.

It takes about 30 seconds to set up.

How to join

Open the Fresha app or go to my online booking page. Choose the service you want. Pick your preferred date. If it's fully booked, tap "Join the waitlist" at the bottom. You can select multiple days and times that work for you.

Then just keep an eye on your emails.
